Join us for an unforgettable 3-day no-tolerance snowmobile ride event in Northern Minnesota, February 19-21, 2026, and support Cody Buus’s legacy while making a difference for children and families affected by illness!
Kick off the Cody Buus Invitational Courage Snowmobile Ride with a hearty breakfast buffet at Island Lake Inn in Duluth, then embark on your journey through scenic routes of Northern Minnesota. After the ride, riders and volunteers can enjoy comfortable stays and included dinners each night at Fortune Bay Casino.
On Saturday, wrap up the ride with a celebratory dinner, live auction, and check presentation to the
Northern Lights Foundation.
Riders and volunteers will enjoy a complimentary dinner, while guests can join the celebration by purchasing a ticket. Don’t miss out on this chance to ride, support a great cause, and have a blast!

Riders and volunteers, join us for an included breakfast buffet at the Island Lake Inn in Duluth, MN, to kick-start your morning and get ready for the first day of riding.
8:00am
First group departs (groups leave every 5 minutes thereafter)
11:00am-12:00pm
We will stop for lunch at the VFW Hoyt Lakes (special thanks to Duluth Coating Solutions for donating lunch). Please feel free to make a donation to area veterans, then ride onward to Fortune Bay Casino in Tower, MN.
1:00pm-2:00pm
Departure to Fortune Bay Casino. Upon arrival at Fortune Bay Casino, check in with registration in the hotel lobby. After checking in, you are welcome to join the other riders and volunteers at the fire pit.
5:00pm
Happy hour – banquet room
6:00pm
Buffet dinner with tossed salad, pizza, wings, cookies, and brownies.

Before heading out, enjoy the included breakfast buffet and prepare for your second day of riding. Please be sure you sleds are full of gas and oil prior to leaving on the ride.

Approximate arrival at Grand Ely Lodge for lunch (special thanks to Michael and Jim Farrell for donating lunch).
2:00pm-3:00pm
Arrival at Fortune Bay Casino in Tower, MN for the evening. The firepit will be going for anyone who would like to join in.
5:00pm
Happy hour – banquet room
6:00pm
Dinner with tossed salad, sirloin beef tips with wild mushroom cabernet sauce, champagne chicken, roasted baby potatoes, steamed medley of broccoli, cauliflower, and baby carrots, assorted cookies, and brownies

Cocktail hour at Pike Lake Golf and Beach Club Event Center, as a thank-you to all riders and volunteers; guests can join for just $45.
